Melissa (AKA Lissa) started sewing and knitting her own clothes over 50 years ago. She has created thousands of garments, for herself and others, perfecting traditional techniques, but adding her own special touches that make sewing and knitting easier, faster and more fun.

She has been teaching professionally for decades, in Information Technology, math, statistics, business development and database design. She is now ready to teach in the creative arts of knitting and sewing – much more fun!

In every class, she shares her knowledge, enthusiasm, sense of humor and engineering skills. You are guaranteed to have fun, laugh a lot, make new friends, and wear your creations out the door with confidence and pride, looking GREAT!
